Receive our ash kit

You will receive an e-waste kit from us, complete with a pre-labeled and pre-paid return envelope and clear instructions. The AskIt will include your name and order number. Fill the e-waste kit to the indicated line and then place it in the return envelope.

To steer

The return envelope has a strip with an adhesive strip underneath. Simply remove the strip and seal the envelope. Then, simply drop it off at your nearest mailbox.

After several weeks of careful processing and crafting, your cremation jewelry is finally ready. Your personalized piece will be shipped to you by registered mail, so you can receive it safely. A tangible keepsake, made especially for you.

The Ashtray Shipping Kit will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 business days .

Creating a cremation jewelry piece takes an average of 6 to 8 weeks . Because each piece is handmade in our workshop, the turnaround time is usually around 8 weeks .

The cremation jewelry itself cannot be tracked via track & trace. However, you will receive confirmation once your AskIt containing ashes has arrived safely . From that point, it will take approximately eight weeks for your jewelry to be ready.

Yes, the package containing your jewelry is always sent insured and registered , so you can be sure it arrives safely.

The AskIt is shipped as a letterbox-sized package . In 95% of cases, it arrives without any problems. Because we only need a small amount of ashes, we recommend that you always keep some of the ashes at home and don't send everything at once.
