Our cremation jewelry is the result of many careful handcrafted processes. Because each piece is unique, there may be slight variations in color or finish. This makes each piece personal and special.

The jewelry is made by skilled goldsmiths and specialists, who use both traditional and modern techniques to create the most beautiful and durable piece of jewelry possible.

We hope that your expectations regarding the jewelry, the service and the experience are exceeded.

Memoria warranty periods

After the moment of purchase, Memoria applies the following warranty periods:

• 1 year : Sterling silver
  
• 2 years : 9K, 14K and 18K gold
  

We assess each situation individually. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@memoriajewelry.nl and include the following information:

• Order number and full name
  
• Photo/video of the damaged product clearly showing the problem
  
• A brief description of the problem
  

We guarantee that your jewelry will be repaired or replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect.

Damage due to wear and tear, neglect or improper use is not covered.

Important

• Handle your jewelry with care.
  
• Do not wear your cremation jewelry while showering, bathing, swimming or washing dishes (with rings).
  
• Leather straps are not water resistant.
  
• There is always a small chance of losing a stone. We cannot be held liable for this.
  
• Losing a piece of jewelry is not covered by the warranty; you are responsible for this. Consider taking out home contents or additional insurance, and keep your receipt in a safe place.

Specifically for rings

Rings are more sensitive to wear and tear and activity. A ring that becomes bent due to improper use is not covered by the warranty. In that case, we can offer to reshape the ring. Damage due to a manufacturing defect is, of course, covered by the warranty.

Silver

Silver is a softer material than gold. Therefore, silver jewelry can wear out, bend, or become damaged more quickly. We recommend extra care and caution during daily use.

Received damaged product

We carefully inspect every piece of jewelry before shipping. If you do receive a damaged product, please report this to us within 14 days of receipt at info@memoriajewelry.nl with:

• Order number and full name
  
• Photo/video of the damaged product
  
• A brief description of the damage
  

Unfortunately, we cannot attribute any reports made later than 14 days after receipt to the transport and therefore they fall outside our liability.
